Cancellation Refund Schedule

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund is credited to the original payment method (UPI/bank account) used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
Special Cancellation Cases
Operator-Initiated Cancellation
If the helicopter operator cancels your flight for any operational reason, you are entitled to a 100% full refund of the ticket amount, including GST.
Weather / Force Majeure Cancellation
Flights cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions qualify for a full refund of the fare amount, including GST.
Platform Fee — Non-Refundable
The ₹500 platform fee charged per booking is strictly non-refundable in all cancellation scenarios, including operator and weather cancellations.
How to Request a Cancellation
- 1Log in and navigate to "My Bookings" in the app
- 2Select the booking you wish to cancel
- 3Click "Cancel Booking" and provide your reason
- 4Your cancellation request will be reviewed by admin
- 5Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days
Important Notes
- GST (5%) component is included in the refund calculation based on the applicable percentage
- The ₹500 platform fee is non-refundable under all circumstances
- Bookings cancelled after the departure time are treated as no-shows — no refund applies
- Refund disputes must be raised within 15 days of the cancellation date
