Common Questions
How do I cancel my booking?
Go to "My Bookings", select your booking, and click "Cancel Booking". Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days as per our refund policy.
What happens if my flight is cancelled due to bad weather?
You are entitled to a full refund of the ticket fare (excluding the ₹500 platform fee) when flights are cancelled due to weather or force majeure.
Can I book for a group of more than 4 passengers?
Yes! Group bookings of 4 or more passengers automatically receive a 5% group discount, shown clearly in the price breakdown before payment.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI / PhonePe. UPI payments are processed to UPI ID padambaral34002@ybl.
