Partial refund for mid-range cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
Special Cases
If the flight is cancelled by the operator or due to bad weather — 100% full refund including platform fee.
The ₹500 platform fee is non-refundable for all user-initiated cancellations.
Refunds on group-discounted bookings are prorated based on the actual refund amount.
How to Cancel
Follow these steps to request a cancellation
Go to "My Bookings"
Find your booking
Click "Request Cancellation"
Admin will process within 24 hours
Refund within 5–7 business days
Important Notes
Cancellations must be requested via the app only — WhatsApp requests are not accepted.
Refund timeline: 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
